They are running, tails between their legs, running fast from the truth. They’re the crooks running this country, the ones who lied to the American people about the threat of the so-called weapons of mass destruction (or mass distraction from the failing economy) and led this country into an illegal war that claimed the lives of not only thousands of Iraqi civilians, but also hundreds of American soldiers.

MSNBC headlines the day with a photo of Bush who is “Absolutely Convinced” that weapons of mass destruction will be found and CNN screams out that “Powell slams media on Iraq WMD reports”. Could it be that the truth is actually coming out, and that the peace movement was right, and that Iraq destroyed whatever they had, long ago? But oh, the price of oil is falling, and the gas prices are going down, down, down. I guess we won the won after all.

Meanwhile the peace plan that gives the Palestinians something like 20 percent of the 40 percent of the 80 percent of the land they originally had, and does not address the issue of the return of four million civilians, seems to be getting attacked by everyone and their dog. The Palestinians are continuing their terrorist acts against the Israelis, and Israeli Defense Force is continuing its terrorism against the Palestinians.

Perhaps the idea here is dividing and conquering. Israel has already chopped up the Palestinian land into pieces, now might as well set Palestinians against themselves and help start a civil war. What better way to win.
